RICHLAND, Wash.- Some pooches were on patrol today in Richland. At the Uptown Dog Walk, families were invited to bring sparky along for all dog- related fun.
There was a costume contest, trick contest and overall cutest dog competition, all of this to promote the adoption of local dogs.
