KENNEWICK, Wash., -- A new witness will speak at the trial of a nanny accused of manslaughter.
Kelli Jacobsen will go on trial next month for the death of 1-year-old Ryder Morrison.
The state's new witness is a chaplain from Kadlec Regional Medical Center who Jacobsen spoke to on the night of the toddler's death. Jacobsen claims Morrison fell while she was babysitting and hit his head while she away from him.
Jacobsen will be back in court on April 22nd.
