KENNEWICK, Wash.-- All the tasty treats people look for at Water Follies require lots of preparation.
Thursday, vendors set up shop at Columbia Park.
Crews raised tents and unloaded trucks of supplies for General Grant's Traveling Show.
The owner says the 40 foot by 40 foot mobile food service set-up is a big job.
"It's a lot of hard work long before we ever get to put out a product. We've been working for a couple of days before we even get started," said Grant Norwood, General Grant's Traveling Show vendor.
Norwood says without running water or electricity, they use a generator and many water tanks to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner over the three day event.
