RICHLAND, Wash.- Almost everyone likes money, but the traders at the Richland coin show live to collect it.
Coin collectors and traders gathered at the Hampton Inn in Richland this weekend to buy and sell their coins. In addition to a wide selection of both new and very old currency, they held a raffle to win some rare gold coins.
"Well it keeps me busy for one thing," explained Bill Farrer who's been selling coins for a good part of his life. "You get to be 81 and you need some kind of a hobby and this is a good business. It keeps you occupied and it keeps you off the chair."
At Sunday's show they had a good showing of coins from all around the world. If you missed out this weekend, the show comes back at least twice a year.
