able to agree on a estate tax bill that saved about $160 million in
estate tax revenue. Still, they largely disagree on revenue and policy bills.
far as the shut down goes, it's unknown which areas of government would
be affected. However officials say thousands of state employees could
start receiving layoff notices sometime this week.
If the government does shut down, this would be the first time in state history.
