WALLA WALLA, Wash. - Dozens of balloons will fill the Walla Walla skies this weekend during the 39th Annual Walla Walla Balloon Stampede. This year's theme is "Fly Me to the Moon." The stampede will feature 42 balloons from as far as Texas.

PENDLETON, Ore. - A man from Pendleton is in the Umatilla County Jail after troopers say he led them in a car chase that ended in a fiery crash.  Oregon state police say 27-year-old Zechariah Ayers had been passing cars on the right shoulder of Interstate 84 at 115 mph.
